I conduct psychological and social behavioral research in order to create designs and execute projects/campaigns that help companies, brands, communities, and people grow.

Research

I was always the little kid who asked “why?”, and over the years, I have developed the qualitative and quantitative research skills to find the answers to my “whys”. I have conducted research on attachment style’s effect on technology-mediated communication, the effect of UI/UX design on the formation of relationships online, indicators of social influence on TikTok and much more! Design

Good design is essential in effective communication. Visuals engage and excite people- inspiring them to learn more, activate, and grow. To create a greater impact with the way I communicate, I have learned how to use a variety of visual mediums in order to more effectively reach people, whether it be through visual reports, videos, infographics, websites, or social media. Effective long-term growth requires multidimensional strategies. In order to provide the best work/strategies for my clients, I conduct extensive research, create designs and deliverables that most effectively communicate their mission, and implement strategies that best engage and influence their intended audiences. Expert in Growth

Growth (physical, emotional, and professional) has always been a very common theme in the narrative that is my life. I was always tall and experienced unusual health problems. Recently, I found out the root of my problems was a rare growth condition called Gigantism. The adversity I faced caused me to grow like a sunflower- tall, resilient, and always looking towards the light (the positives), much like a sunflower.

Through my academic and professional experience, I have found that to help others grow, you must really get to know them as an individual and learn how to maximize their strengths/address their weaknesses. This can also be applied to companies, organizations, and communities. In order to properly represent a company/organization/community and help it grow, you must really get to know its brand, mission, and culture.

As an Orientation Advisor, Journalist, PR Consultant, and the Founder and CEO of a community-building platform called LUCIO, my driving motivation has always been helping others (whether it be individuals or organizations) grow and share their stories through the use of qualitative and quantitative research, research-informed visual design, and consequently, exceptional communication.

Bottom line: I have the research capabilities to identify the most effective growth strategies and the technical skills to successfully execute them.
